1. Attend the Pre-Membership Orientation (PMO) either online via zoom OR visit us in our Head Office for an in-person PMO.

2. Accomplish and Submit Membership Application Form and one (1) Valid ID.

3. Pay the Membership Fee and Initial Paid-up Capital.

                      Membership Fee - Php 300.00

                      Savings Account Opening - Php 500.00
